HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

  • After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the letter, please check the SPAM folder.
  • If you cannot find the order confirmation letter in any of your email folders, please inform us via phone +370 606 06 037 or email info@adatyte.com.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED/READY FOR COLLECTION?

  • When your order is ready for collection at the Adatytė store, you will be informed via email.
  • If you choose for your order to be delivered by the OMNIVA home delivery service, you will be informed via phone or text message before delivery.
  • If you choose for your order to be delivered to one of the OMNIVA parcel collection terminals, you will receive a text message with information about how to collect your order once it has arrived.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • If you choose to collect your order at the Adatytė store, once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation letter specifying when your order will be ready for collection.
  • If you choose for the OMNIVA delivery services to deliver your order to your home address or one of the OMNIVA parcel collection terminals, it will be delivered within 2-3 working days (in Lithuania) after the payment has been processed.
  • If you choose for your order to be delivered by the AB Lietuvos Paštas services (The Lithuanian Post), it will be delivered within 5-20 working days in the EU or 14-30 working days outside the EU after the payment has been processed.

FALSE ORDERS

  • Seeking to improve the quality of our customers’ shopping experience, we regularly check for false orders. As our stock is limited, false orders can impede other customers’ possibility to order some of the items. If we notice a false order, we can warn the user about temporarily limiting their access to the Adatytė online store.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE SEVERAL SEPARATELY BOOKED ORDERS?

  • Yes, if several separately confirmed orders have not been dispatched yet, it is possible to combine them into one. If you wish to combine several orders, please inform us via phone +370 606 06 037 or e-mail info@adatyte.com.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

At the Adatytė store: In cash or by card.
At the online store: Via a bank transfer (recipient details), PaySera or PayPal.

DELIVERY

AT WHAT TIME ARE ORDERS DELIVERED AND BY WHO?

You can choose one of several delivery options:

  • Collecting your order at the Adatytė store: after having received an email that your order is ready for collection, you can collect it at the Adatytė store located at Rūdninkų g. 4-2, Vilnius LT-01135. Opening hours: I-V 11:00 – 19:00, VI 11:00 – 15:00.
  • Delivery by the OMNIVA home delivery services: orders are delivered on working days 8:00-17:00. After the payment has been processed, the products will be delivered within 2-3 working days (in Lithuania). You will be informed via phone or text message before delivery.
  • Collecting your order at one of the OMNIVA parcel collection terminals: orders are delivered to the OMNIVA parcel collection terminals within 1-2 working days after being dispatched from the Adatytė store.
  • Deliveries must be collected within 7 consecutive days after receiving a text message that your order is ready for collection.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER MYSELF?

  • Yes, you can. After receiving an email confirming that your order is ready for collection, you can collect it at the Adatytė store, located at Rūdninkų g. 4-2, Vilnius LT-01135. Work hour: I-V 11:00–19:00, VI 11:00–15:00.
  • The order number must be provided. The delivery can only be collected by the person who submitted the order (a valid ID has to be provided).
  • If you cannot collect your order at the specified time or wish for someone else to collect it for you, please inform us via phone +370 606 06 037 or email info@adatyte.com.

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

  • Delivery to the Adatytė store is free of charge.

EXCHANGES

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

  • Products can be exchanged within 14 days in Lithuania or 30 days in other countries inside and outside the EU after the delivery/purchase date.
  • Please inform us if you wish to exchange a product so that we can reserve the newly selected items.
  • Only tidy and undamaged products can be returned/exchanged (please find more information in the RETURN/EXCHANGE section).
  • The receipt or bill must be provided.
  • A printed copy of the exchange form (Download) must be provided.
  • The products have to be sent by registered post or brought directly to the Adatytė store, located at Rūdninkų g. 4-2, Vilnius LT-01135.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG OR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

  • If you have received the wrong or a defective product, please inform us immediately via phone +370 606 06 037 or email info@adatyte.com providing the number of your order and briefly describing the issue.
  • When returning an item, the return form (Download) must be filled in providing the return reason and detailed information about the issue.
  • When a product is returned, an inspection of its defects or discrepancy from the order is performed. In the case of a production defect, the full price is refunded.
  • IMPORTANT: After a product is returned, the check-up cannot be performed immediately and the product is then transferred for further inspection. We will get back to you within 14 working days after all procedures have been performed.

CAN PRODUCTS BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AFTER COLLECTION AT THE ADATYTĖ STORE?

Yes, they can. For your comfort, fitting rooms are available inside the store. If a purchased item does not fit, you can exchange it into another o return it straight away. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PARCEL OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

  • If you have received a damaged, wet or dirty parcel, we recommend rejecting it and claiming a damaged delivery act to be filled in by the OMNIVA delivery services or AB Lietuvos Paštas. Please also inform us immediately via phone +370 606 06 037 or email info@adatyte.com.
  • If you notice a defect or discrepancy in a delivery collected from the OMNIVA parcel collection terminals, please inform us immediately via phone +370 606 06 037 or email info@adatyte.com.
RETURNS

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • You can return your order within 14 days in Lithuania or 30 days in other countries inside and outside the EU after the delivery/purchase date.
  • If you wish to return a product, please inform us via phone or email.
  • Only tidy and undamaged products can be returned/exchanged (please find more information in the RETURN/EXCHANGE section).
  • The receipt or bill must be provided.

HOW ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?

  • When returning products at the Adatytė store, refunds can be issued in cash or via a bank transfer to the provided bank account.
  • IMPORTANT: When there is no possibility of providing the refund in cash, the Adatytė store reserves the right to refund the money via a bank transfer within 3 working days.

CAN PRODUCTS BE EXCHANGED IMMEDIATELY AFTER COLLECTION AT THE ADATYTĖ STORE?

Yes, they can. For your comfort, fitting rooms are available inside the store. If a purchased item does not fit, you can exchange it into another straightaway.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • When there is a possibility to provide the refund in cash, it can be issued immediately.
  • If the refund is provided via a bank transfer, it will reach your account within 3 working days.

  • When returning an item, you must fill in the return form (Download) choosing the return reason and providing detailed information on the issue.
  • When a product is returned, its defects or discrepancy from the order is double checked. In the case of identifying a production defect, a full refund is issued.
  • IMPORTANT: After a product is returned, the check-up cannot be performed immediately and the product is then transferred for further inspection. We will get back to you within 14 days after all procedures have been performed.
